A person who has done her own work and isn't going to sit behind a clipboard pretending your healing can be categorised into a Medicare form.
I work through the Allthera Method. That means we don't just talk about what's happening. We look at what your body is holding, what your nervous system has learned to do to keep you safe, and what deeper knowing you've been drowning out with busyness, people pleasing, or just trying to survive.
Episteme. The science. Understanding why your body and brain respond the way they do. Because knowledge isn't just power, it's permission to stop blaming yourself.
Soma. The body. Where the real story lives. We work with what's happening in your system, not just your thoughts about it.
Gnosis. The inner knowing. That quiet part of you that already knows the truth. We make space for her.
I am not bound by the capitalist, colonialist, patriarchal frameworks that govern most therapeutic spaces. I don't pathologise you. I don't rush you toward a diagnosis so a system can feel comfortable with your pain. I hold this work with deep reverence because I know what it costs to finally ask for help, and I refuse to waste that.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online.
